God, do You hear the roar of these Your enemies
Devising crafty schemes against Your precious ones?
They say, "Let us wipe them out and destroy them utterly.
Ha! Noe one will remember they were even here.

O God of our salvation, please come and rescue us.
Help us for the glory of Your name.
Then all will learn that You alone are called the Lord,
That You are the Most High, supreme o'er all the earth.

Pay back our enemies for the scorn they hurl at You
Oh, scatter them like chaff before Your mighty wind.
Chase them with Your storm as a fire burns a forest.
Let them be ashamed and terrified forever.
