Praise the God of Our Salvation
from Psalm 98
key: D
CCLI Song No. 7255624
Verse 1
Sing a new song to the Lord
for mighty wonders He has done.
His right hand and holy arm
for Him the victory have won.
To Israel He remembered all
His promised love and faithfulness.
The Lord displayed His victory,
all nations see His righteousness.
Chorus 1
Praise the God of our salvation,
Oh, what kindness He has shown.
He has bought from ev'ry nation
People for His very own.
Verse 2
Shout with joy unto the Lord
and to Him all your praises bring.
With harp and trumpet sing your praise,
a symphony before the King!
Let oceans and all that is in them,
earth and ev'ry living thing
And the rivers and the mountains
clap their hands with joy and sing
Chorus 2
Praise the God of our salvation
Raise your hands and lift your voice
With fairness He will judge the nations
Soon He comes, be glad, rejoice!
