CCLI Song No. 4578767
Key: C

Verse 1
I hear Jesus calling
To me, “Come apart.”
He is waiting to share
From the depths of His heart.
I bring Him my burdens
I leave with Him my cares.
Much lighter is the load that I bear.

Chorus
Times spent with my Lord
Are oh, so refreshing.
Like a cool breeze in summer,
Like a gentle spring rain.
His presence is such a comfort to me
I am so glad that I came.

Verse 2
Sometimes I get busy
I forget Jesus is here.
He gently reminds me
That He is near.
“I will always be here.
For sure this you can know:
I will never go.”

Repeat chorus 2x

Ending:
I am so glad that I came.
