Lyrics

Verse
We are celebrating Christmas,
The day that you were born.
Our lives are not the same
Because of that blessed morn.
Without You there would be
Only misery and strife.
You have brought such joy
And meaning into life.

Chorus
Happy birthday, Jesus,
God’s very own dear Son.
Happy birthday, Jesus,
We are so glad You’ve come.
Your presence is the reason
We rejoice this Christmas season.
Happy birthday, Jesus,
We honour You today.
Happy birthday, Jesus,
We honour You today.
